Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2-4 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. 

Step 2

In a large bowl, cream together the eggs and sugar. Stir in the mashed bananas, vanilla, oil and cinnamon. Stir in the flour mixture, a third at a time, until just combined. 

Step 3

Pour the batter into a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour.
